Over the last year, interest and investments in Aam Digital’s case management platform have gained significant momentum. We are thrilled to see the software become more powerful and even more excited to witness diverse NGOs and social initiatives using our tool to amplify their impact. Here are the highlights of our journey through the year:
Advanced Integrations and Features
Throughout 2024, we added and refined several key functionalities to support larger, more complex projects:
- API Integration with TolaData: Aam Digital now integrates seamlessly with TolaData, a monitoring and evaluation platform. Whenever a new participant or activity is registered in Aam Digital, anonymized details automatically update indicators and dashboards in TolaData in real-time.
- SkillLab Integration (to import data): Users can now match and link external profiles from SkillLab with case records in Aam Digital. This API functionality synchronizes skill data between platforms, streamlining participant profiles.
- Hierarchical Data Management: This feature simplifies data entry by allowing users to inherit values from related records, enabling the design of hierarchical data structures.
- PDF Generator: Automatically generate documents like certificates and contracts directly within the app, pre-filled with participant data.
- SQL-Based Reporting: Full flexibility of SQL queries allows users to extract and calculate reporting data from relational structures.
- Enhanced Publicly Shareable Forms: Improved layout and functionality make these forms easier to use. Admins can now create and manage them directly within the software, also adding links to documents like privacy policies.
Growing Team and User Base
This year saw the onboarding of new clients such as Her Future Coalition and Social Shapes Foundation, alongside strengthened collaborations with existing partners like TolaData. Case records and user numbers on the Aam Digital platform nearly doubled, reflecting our expanding impact.
Our team grew to include two external developers and a working student, boosting our capacity to meet growing demands. Additionally, we welcomed a new volunteer, whose contributions enable us to support grassroots organizations, sometimes even on a pro-bono basis.
Looking Ahead to 2025
As we step into the new year, we remain committed to empowering people and organizations striving for a better world. While we continue and extend our existing collaborations with foundations and NGOs, we are also focusing on making Aam Digital even more accessible to NGOs of all sizes.
