How can I use Aam Digital?
Aam Digital is Open Source software but we want to make it as easy as possible to you to use Aam Digital. You can simply have us run the system for you (“Software-as-a-Service”). If necessary, we can also develop custom features together with you. Our pricing has the following components:
one-time cost for a personal calls configuring the system to your needs and processes as well as training for your team
for running the servers, supporting your team using Aam Digital and and taking care of all technical details

Monthly Subscription (Software-as-a-Service)
As part of a monthly subscription we handle all technical tasks running your case management system and support your team using it. This includes GDPR-compliant hosting (all data is stored in Germany), unlimited user accounts for your team, automatic backups, and regular security updates and new features. Our service also includes user support, answering any questions your team may have about Aam Digital.

Beneficiaries are your main records in the case management system, e.g. the students you support or the farmers you train. We track the number of these primary records you create to match it with the volume you are paying for. Other information you link to your beneficiaries (e.g. notes, reports, events or health records) is not limited – you can add as much information as necessary about every beneficiary.
If you choose “per beneficiary” pricing, you have an unlimited number of user accounts.
Alternatively, you can choose a more classic “per user” pricing. In that case you can track an unlimited number of beneficiary records but the number of users interacting with the system are restricted.
Your costs for Aam Digital does not increase automatically. When you reach the limit of your license we provide a grace period for you to just continue using the application. We then contact you to confirm the extension of your license.
We offer additional support via phone and video calls with guaranteed first response within 1 business day (without premium support: guaranteed first response within 3 business days)
One-time cost for setup of a new project (one of the packages below is required). We want to make sure Aam Digital is configured to perfectly meet your needs and fit your processes. For this we personally discuss your use case with you and get you started.
Grassroots sponsorship also applies to setup packages.

Terms & Conditions
For all services and SaaS subscriptions provided by Aam Digital GmbH the following general Terms of Service apply: Terms of Service – Aam Digital GmbH
- All prices are net prices without VAT which the customer shall additionally pay in accordance with the prevailing statutory rate, if applicable.
- Aam Digital requires the use of a current version of the Google Chrome or Firefox browser.
- Application availability of at least 99.5%. If the application is not available to the agreed extent within one month, the corresponding monthly fee will be credited to the customer and offset against future payments.
