Aam Digital’s case management platform is designed to enter and manage data through its simple, streamlined user interface. However, sometimes you may need to import data from other sources – for example old records to be migrated from a previous system or survey responses that you collected with a different tool. Our platform can import data from spreadsheets for this. And now, the Import Module has received some new advanced functionalities:
Existing records that are already in Aam Digital can now be updated from an imported spreadsheet (e.g. overwriting contact details that you have collected separately).
Also, you can now import data to be linked to some related existing records. For example, this allows you to import students for one specific school in your case management system. During the import, all imported students automatically get linked to that school (or another kind of record you selected).
