We are excited to continue our work on codo, the mentoring management platform by BürgerStiftung Hamburg and Stiftung Bürgermut . We have co-developed this system with them, building upon our Open Source platform Aam Digital.
“codo” helps small and medium size NGOs running mentoring projects. Project coordinators can record mentee and mentor details in the system, find & match mentoring relationships and document the various processes and interactions that the organization does to ensure they are supporting people following high quality standards. Reports to funders can then also get generated automatically.
A new pilot group of NGOs in Germany is now starting to use the platform, while we continue to build and improve the software together. With a vision to support any mentoring initiative across the country in the future.
